Please find below the charge sheets, statements and previous convictions of Stuart Tucker, the son of John Tucker who is the Church Warden for St Peter's church, Little Warley, Essex. John Tucker who is the chairman of Essex Lawn Tennis Association, a well known businessman whose family have had a business established since 1932, selling electrical goods such as TVs, Hi-Fis are known as Tucker Brothers.
John Tucker's mother is believed to have been of Jewish origin, his father is believed to be a prominent Justice of the Peace (also known as a magistrate) in Hornchurch/Havering (Essex) and who has many influential contacts with politicians, Wimbledon Tennis Association, Freemasons, Police, Magistrates and Clergy.
John Tucker a man of wealth is a man of influence who has the privilege of driving his own Rolls Royce with his own private number plate 35 LTA (LTA = Lawn Tennis Association). His family and his influential friends have tried to destroy Mr Meah and his family by his influence.
Please note that during November 1999 Stuart Tucker was believed to have been found with approximately £20,000 - £30,000 (US$30,000 - US$45,000) worth of stolen motor vehicles at the rear of his father's house, adjacent to Clearview Tennis Centre, he was arrested and charged with the offences noted on the charge sheet below.
He had many previous convictions including killing by dangerous driving, there are also a variety of statements from both serving police officers and the owners of the vehicles and before it went to court the police DROPPED all the charges. Shortly after this there where serious allegations made against Mr Meah, believed to be instigated by John Tucker, his other son Paul Tucker and friends and staff of Clearview Tennis Centre. This resulted in Mr Meah being arrested within hours and held on remand in Belmarsh Prison (Britian's Guantanamo Bay as some refer to it) for five months and then went for trial and was found not guilty by Jury at Basildon Crown Court in Essex.
